SUBJECT: UNDERTAKING REGARDING ELIGIBILITY

Application No.__________ hereby undertakes that I am aware of the fact that as per UET rules,
candidate should have earn aggregate at least 50% adjusted admission marks without any additional
marks (as per UET, Lahore stated formula for Admission 2020) and have at least 60% marks in
Intermediate or equivalent exams. I will bound to fulfill the all eligibility conditions which will be
implemented by UET Lahore for Admission 2020. In case of any disagreement regarding
admission / registration with UET Lahore and cancellation of my admission at NFC-IE&FR, I will
not claim my admission as legal right. I agree with the fact that Institute will not bear any
responsibility / liability in this regard. In this context I will not pursue my case in the court of law as
fulfilling the eligibility criteria is the sole responsibility of the candidate.
