1. In my opinion, the education of system in Indonesia now is much too oriented in

memorization and factual knowledge. It is not good for student because this is not exercise
and trigger the student creativity. Furthermore, Indonesian is also exam oriented system
that makes schools in Indonesia become “education factories”. Whereas, the goal of
education is make student able to adapt and to be accepted in society circumstance so
within “learning rote” system, how student able to overcome their problem and challenge
on real life.

2. The moment group performance is more important than while we want to create a
something or learn something together. For instance, making a text, Doing an assignment,
or Learning together. The process of discussion will be happening at the same time.
Students will thinking about subject critically, each of them will have a comprehensive
opinion and conclude it together. As we can see, group performance in some cases able to
trigger the creativity of student.

3. Because IKIP is one of education institutions in Indonesia that specialized school for
teaching teacher candidate. The Learning system in IKIP or FKIP is more emphasis on how to
teach and handle student and it is also forcing the creativity of teacher’s candidate being
exercised because the creativity of teaching is needed to handle classroom teaching.
Therefore, IKIP or FKIP are often called teacher factory.

4. First, teacher should treat all pupils like his own children. Second, always ready to
help students even their circumstance are. For example, always answer their question even
it a silly question. Third. Motivating the pupils is the thing of the teacher must to do because
students have a lot background that sometimes affect their school so we must always
support and give them advice. Last, preparing the best of teaching material and
environment for students since establish a good material and environment can make
student motivation to study increased.
