Context - Work Environment
With the creation in September 2016 of a hse division attached to the highest level of the company,
the ambition is to move towards "zero accidents". To achieve this federating objective, Renault's new
security plan plans to act as soon as possible to detect incidents, almost accidents or dangerous
situations.
Therefore, in 2017, in addition to the aforementioned actions that will continue, the primary role of
the "health and safety prevention" service of the technocentre will be:
Promote and respect the 10 safety fundamentals, standardized at the group level.
Strengthen risk assessment and thus better define and prioritize prevention measures.
Detect and treat near-accidents and incidents or dangerous situations.
These priority actions require the increase of competence of all the actors, such as the safety of the
machines and related procedures - design, operation and maintenance. Also, specific efforts will be
made in this direction in the coming months.
Your missions
On certain specific topics, the trainee will have to define how to implement the "safety break plan"
defined by the group. Especially :
Evaluate the risks of different workshops (risk assessments) and define preventive measures
to address the major points identified.
Participate in the development of the "safety culture" within the establishment, by raising the
competence of all the actors (awareness / training / animation and coaching); In particular,
he will be involved in the promotion of the 10 mandatory rules of behavior (the "10
fundamentals of security"), after working on the development of a school ("dojo") and
standards.
Contribute to reinforce the safety control of the projects & services by the project managers
by auditing the external companies.
Knowledge of management systems (ohsas 18001 - ISO 14001) would be an asset; the ideal being
a first experience "field" in a field HSE (hygiene health safety environment).
