The HSE Engineer is responsible to:

Contribute to the HSE regulatory watch

Ensure the implementation of monitoring plans and the
processing of deviations
Contribute to the mandatory declarations to the authorities

Be the guarantor of HSE risk analysis
Support other departments in the prevention and control of risks
Conduct emergency tests and exercises
Organize the sorting and management of waste
Participate in the management of HSE accidents and incidents
Carry out action plans and improvement projects
Contribute to the monitoring of indicators

Working closely with other team members, you will update the
documentation of the integrated management system and contribute to
strengthening the QSE culture (awareness, training, audits, internal
communication).
You will report to the Quality Safety Environment Manager.

Qualifications:
Bachelor / Master degree in HSE (Master Bac+5). Ideally with
initial scientific background (chemistry, etc.), and at least 3 years'
experience in the industrial field.
You have a good knowledge of ISO45001 / ISO14001 standards
and ICPE regulations.
You know and are able to implement basic quality tools (PDCA,
5M, 5 Whys, Cause Tree, Flowcharts.
You have a good command of office automation tools and are
able to communicate in English.
You have good interpersonal skills, autonomy, rigor and team
spirit.
