noodles, tea, coffee as well as soups and cereals. The device
contain a shutoff feature that keeps your water from
overheating and evaporating. It also includes an internal
heating element and come in a variety of sizes and designs.
Electric kettle is widely used especially by students or
someone that is living outside home, in hostels or flats. It
may also be used where is shortage of gas.

Electric kettle mainly are made up of steel but some are also
made from plastic. Today the kettle which will cover up this

cable, electrical switch, holder, and lid
Kettle Body
The main component of the electric kettle is its stainless steel
body that holds water to its maximum fill mark.
Handle
Electric kettle consists of handle that is shaped for comfort
and include grooves for hands.
Lid
A lid is present for covering the kettle during the boil
processing. The lid also keeps dust from entering the kettle
when the device is in use or idle.
Electrical "On" Switch
Electric kettles include an "On" switch that starts the boiling
process and an "On" indicator light that lets you know the
device is working.
ELECTRICAL BASE
The kettles contain a concealed heating element in the
bottom of the kettle which is grounded and sealed to keep
moisture from entering the element.

A power base or power cable provides electrical power to the
electric kettle's heating element.

 The plug should not be in switch while not in use or
cleaning.
 Allow to cool, before putting on or taking off parts.
 Do not touch hot surfaces instead use the handle .
 Do not operate kettle when the plug is damaged or
appliance is damaged in any manner.
 Do not place electric kettle near a hot gas or burner.

Electric kettle is frequently used due to easiness and
comfort it provides. It boils water in few seconds without
waiting for it. It is so energy efficient, partly it is so much
faster, but also it is so small. It is so convenient to use. You
can use it anywhere where there is a plug and also when
the water is boiling and you are not present so you don’t
have to worry because it automatically shuts off.
Electric kettles have become the most efficient
instruments to boil water, making tea and coffee, noodles,
soups and cereals due to so many advantages and benefits
it provides.
