1. Menu ​: where you can move from one item to another.


2. Toggle Menu​ : Hide and show menu text to add more space for data on small screens.
3. Report and New Button​: In each sub-module, report and new button will be shown at
this place.
4. Export to Excel and PDF​: Export page (or full) data to excel and other formats.
5. Filter Data​: filter by columns to show different data.
6. Account and Logout​: Your account where you can change password and logout.
7. Actions​: View, update or delete an entry.
8. Footer​: Logout, user manual, settings.

Introduction
● Each module is grouped with related sub-modules.
● User will see modules depending on their privileges
● All modules are designed to look the same for easy understanding, components are
organised as shown in the picture above.

Data Entry (Create, Update, Delete)


To create a new item click on the green create button which will open a create form. Fill in the
form and click create button at the bottom of the page.

Report (Excel and PDF)


There are three ways to generate excel and PDF reports based on what kind of report you are
interested in:

Individual Entry Reports:


Details of individual entries can be requested as reports by going at view details (7), then click
on the PDF button on top of the view page.
For example, to get report of a specific farmer including their buying, loans, accidents and
rented farms:
1. Go to the ​Farmers Registration ​menu, and find a farmer you want to get the report
from.
2. Click on the ​View ​button

3. Then click on the PDF button to get a pdf file


of the data shown in view page

Filter Reports:
In each module, the first page (index page) shown a summary of all the data in that section.
Filters (7) can be used to filter data by region, district, country, stations and so on.
The resulted data can then be exported to an external file such as excel or pdf (4).

Using the export (4) menu, you can do the following:


● Export Page Data​: Export data visible in a specific page.
● Export All Data​: Export all data according to the specified filters.
● Expand All​: This is necessary if you want to get summary of all data in a sub-module.

Complex Reports
Some other reports can not be generated by methods explained above. Such reports need to be
designed and added to the system as requested. To make the system understandable, each of
these reports will be added at the top of an index (start page) of each section that require such
report.
For instance, a buying section has a report added at the top for yearly buying and can be
accessed as:

If such report is required in other modules, it can be requested anytime throughout the support
period.
