Junior Manager
Responsibilities of Senior Manager: Consider the request of the junior manager for requiring more
the Role time for completing the task
Junior Manager: Discuss the possibility getting more time for completing the
task
Procedure to be Junior Manager: Call up senior manager, asking for an appointment to discuss
Followed some concerns regarding the task
Senior Manager: Respond to a call from junior manager with an invitation to a
meeting. Await the junior manager’s entry into the meeting room
Junior Manager: Listen to the senior manager’s response. Then make a move
as though going over to the senior manager’s cabin
Senior Manager: Greet the junior manager and ask the purpose of the
meeting. Listen to the response. Nod your head to indicate attentiveness
Junior Manager: Inform senior manager of the problem of time shortage in
completing the task allocated. Await response
Senior Manager: Respond in a sympathetic manner and express support.
Explain the reason for the feelings. Ask for more information
Junior Manager: Respond by giving details and then request the senior
manager for more time
Senior Manager: Express understanding and agreement. State an action plan
and confirm if it has been understood
Junior Manager: Finally, confirm what has been discussed and provide the
affirmation
