1. Data Acquisition

Eto yung nag-iinput ka ng data sa system like when

kapag nagrerecord tayo ng transactions such as
payments, sales, or adjusting journal entries.
 2. Classification

Example is yung ginagawa natin sa accounting na pagpost ng

journal entries sa general ledger. Where lahat ng debit and
credit sa cash in bank for example ay ipopost mo sa T-account
na cash in bank. Tapos end of the month or year, may ending
balance ka ng cash in bank. Pero syempre sa mga company na
automated na, si accounting system na yung bahalang gumawa
nito. Sya na din bahala gumawa ng Financial Statements.
 3. Analysis
Analysis part is inaaral natin yung data. Usually mag-gegenerate tayo ng
report from the accounting system like income statement. Tapos pwede
mong aralin anu ba yung trend ng sales and income mo. Like January
2020 ang taas ng sales and net income mo. February mas tumaas pa.
Pagdating ng March bumaba na sya. Kasi nag-lockdown na tayo nun.
 3. Analysis
Kasi nga continuous yung expense mo like rent and salaries. Kaso yung sales
mo, hindi enough para mabawi yung expenses mo. Hindi lumalabas ang mga
tao masyado to purchase your product and services. So magdedecide ka
ngayon looking at your income statement, should I continue my business or
shutdown. Tapos yung pag shutdown mo, temporary lang ba sya or
permanent na? Need mo na bang magventure into other business?
 3. Analysis
Marami sa mga Pilipino nung nawalan ng trabaho or business, ang ginawa
nag online selling. Or nagtry ng ibang business. Or yung iba naman nag-try
maging courier, yung tagadeliver ng GrabFood or FoodPanda . Others naman
is yung pasa-buy na tinatawag. Eto yung magpapasabay sila bumili sayo sa
supermarket for example. Tapos papatungan mo ng 100 or 200 pesos.
 4. Archiving

Archiving naman, eto yung pagme-maintain ng

information, yung data storage. Ang concern dito is
yung security ng information and yung reliability and
speed ng pag retrieve and update ng information.
 5. Deletion
Lahat naman tayo darating sa point na need mo na ng space. Kasi hindi
naman magandang naghohold on ka sa isang bagay na hindi na
makakatulong sa business mo. Usually ang company, may policy na
kailangan nang itapon yung mga super lumang files like kung 5 years old
na sya. Bakit need itapon? Kasi limited ang storage capacity natin.
Physical file storage man yan or computer storage.
 5. Deletion

Pero syempre di naman automatic na kapag 5 years old na eh,

delete agad. It depends pa din sa company policy saka sa type
ng files. Kasi may mga files na importante pa din kahit matagal
na. For example alangan naming idelete na yung birth
certificate mo sa record ng NSO kasi 18 years old ka na.

In short, ang concern nya is software
applications and computer hardware.

and excel files. Paper files can be easily lost,
damaged, and stolen. While Excel files can be
hacked or edited mistakenly.

Mas madali nang makipagcommunicate now

compared sa traditional call, text, and fax. Mas
madali magsend ng files. You can even conduct a
meeting online using different software platforms.
 Broaden Customer Bases

Businesses can now reach customers na nasa

malalayong lugar. Easier to communicate and
demonstrate products and services with
prospective buyers. Delivery is not a problem
because you can hire third-party couriers.
