Obligatory Instructions to Food Establishments ‫ﺗﻌﻤﻴﻢ إﻟﺰاﻣﻲ إﻟى اﻟﻤﺆﺳﺴﺎت اﻟﻐﺬاﺋﻴﺔ‬

Dubai Municipality calls on food establishments in ‫ﻳﺘﻮﺟــﺐ ﻋ�ــى ﺟﻤﻴــﻊ اﻟﻤﺆﺳﺴــﺎت اﻟﻐﺬاﺋﻴــﺔ ﻓـي إﻣــﺎرة دﺑــي ﺿــﺮورة‬
Dubai to comply with the following starting 16th 2020 ‫ ﻣـﺎرس‬16 ‫اﻻﻟﺘﺰام ﺑﻤﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎت ﺑﻠﺪﻳـﺔ دﺑـي اﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴـﺔ ﻣـﻦ ﺗـﺎرﻳﺦ‬
March 2020 till further notice: :‫وﺣﺘﻰ إﺷﻌﺎر آﺧﺮ‬
1- Food establishments should not sell more than 50 ‫ وﺟﺒــﺔ ﻓـي‬٥٠ ‫ ﻳﺠــﺐ ﻋ�ــى اﻟﻤﺆﺳﺴــﺎت اﻟﻐﺬاﺋﻴــﺔ ﻋــﺪم ﺑﻴــﻊ أﻛﺜــﺮ ﻣــﻦ‬-1
meals per order. .‫اﻟﻄﻠﺒﻴﺔ اﻟﻮاﺣﺪة‬
2- Customers are not allowed to be in the waiting area to ‫ ﻟﺘﻘﻠﻴــﻞ‬،‫ ﻳﺠــﺐ ﻋــﺪم اﻟﺴــﻤﺎح ﻟﻠﺰﺑــﺎﺋﻦ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻮاﺟــﺪ ﻓـي ﻣﻨﻄﻘــﺔ اﻻﻧﺘﻈــﺎر‬-2
limit the number of people inside the food premises .‫ﻋﺪد اﻷﺷﺨﺎص ﻓي اﻟﻤﺆﺳﺴﺔ اﻟﻐﺬاﺋﻴﺔ‬
3- Seating tables should be spaced to insure 2 meters at .‫ ﻳﺠﺐ ان ﻻ ﺗﻘﻞ اﻟﻤﺴﺎﻓﺔ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻃﺎوﻟﺔ واﺧﺮى ﻋﻦ ﻣﺘﺮﻳﻦ‬-3

4- Increase takeaway and home delivery orders (with ‫ ﻳﺠـ ــﺐ اﻟﺘﺮﻛﻴ ـ ــﺰ ﻋ� ـ ــى زﻳ ـ ــﺎدة ﻋ ـ ــﺪد اﻟﻄﻠﺒ ـ ــﺎت اﻟﺨﺎرﺟﻴ ـ ــﺔ )ﻣ ـ ــﻊ إﺗﺒ ـ ــﺎع‬-4
adequate food safety precautions) .(‫إﺟﺮاءات اﻟﺴﻼﻣﺔ اﻟﻐﺬاﺋﻴﺔ‬
5- Use disposable cups and eating utensils for serving ‫ اﺳ ــﺘﻌﻤﺎل اﻷﻛ ــﻮاب واﻷدوات ذات اﻻﺳ ــﺘﺨﺪام اﻟﻮاﺣ ــﺪ ﻋﻨ ــﺪ ﺗﻘ ــﺪﻳﻢ‬-5
food and beverages in facilities that have automated ‫اﻷﻏﺬﻳ ــﺔ واﻟﻤﺸ ــﺮوﺑﺎت ﻓــي اﻟﻤﺆﺳﺴ ــﺎت اﻟﺘ ــﻲ ﻳﻮﺟ ــﺪ ﺑﻬ ــﺎ ﻏﺴ ــﺎﻻت‬
dishwashing facilities that meet the disinfection ‫اﻷوا�ـ ــي اﻵﻟﻴـ ــﺔ واﻟﺘـ ــﻲ ﺗﻜـ ــﻮن ﻣﺴـ ــﺘﻮﻓﻴﺔ ﻟﺸـ ــﺮوط درﺟـ ــﺎت اﻟﺤـ ــﺮارة‬
temperature requirements, regular plates and cutlery .‫ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ اﺳﺘﺨﺪام اﻷﻃﺒﺎق واﻷوا�ي اﻟﻌﺎدﻳﺔ‬،‫اﻟﻤﻄﻠﻮﺑﺔ‬
can be used.
6- Clean and disinfect of used tables after customer ‫ ﻳﺠﺐ ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻒ وﺗﻌﻘﻴﻢ اﻟﻄﺎوﻻت اﻟﻤﺴﺘﺨﺪﻣﺔ ﻣﺒﺎﺷﺮة ﺑﻌﺪ ﻣﻐـﺎدرة‬-6
departure immediately. .‫اﻟﺰﺑﻮن‬
7- Do not allow entry of any customers or employees ‫ ﻋ ــﺪم اﻟﺴ ــﻤﺎح ﺑ ــﺪﺧﻮل أي ﻣﻮﻇ ــﻒ أو زﺑ ــﻮن ﺗﻈﻬ ــﺮ ﻋﻠﻴ ــﻪ أﻋ ــﺮاض‬-7
with flu symptoms .‫اﻷﻧﻔﻠﻮﻧﺰا‬
8- Open buffet must be closed permanently ً ‫ إﻟﻐﺎء اﻟﺒﻮﻓﻴﻪ اﻟﻤﻔﺘﻮح ﻧﻬﺎﺋﻴﺎ‬-8

Regular and frequent inspections will be conducted to ‫ﺳﻴﺘﻢ اﻟﻤﺘﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل اﻟﺘﻔﺘﻴﺶ ﻟﻠﺘﺄﻛﺪ ﻣﻦ اﻻﻟﺘﺰام ﺑﻤﺎ ورد أﻋﻼه‬
ensure the compliance, where non-complaint food ‫وﺳﻴﺘﻢ ﻣﺨﺎﻟﻔﺔ اﻟﻤﺆﺳﺴﺎت اﻟﻐﺬاﺋﻴـﺔ اﻟﻐﻴـﺮ ﻣﻠﺘﺰﻣـﺔ وﻓﻘـﺎ ﻟﻠﻀـﻮاﺑﻂ‬
establishments will be violated according to the ‫اﻟﻤﻌﻤﻮل ﺑﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ إدارة ﺳﻼﻣﺔ اﻟﻐﺬاء‬
enforced rules by Food Safety Department.
