1、Design Philosophy
JM400kN electric winch technical parameter
Rated load: Fe=400KN
Rated speed: Ve=7m/min
Drum capacity:L=1500m
According to GB/T1955-2019 "Construction Winch", JG/T5031-93 "Construction
Winch Design Code" stipulates the design calculation, and obtains the technical
parameters of JM400kN winch。
2、Winch Structure Design
JM400kN rated speed V=7m/min，we choose YZR series level 8 motor, rotated speed
750m/min. Choose ZQ series gearbox, adding another level 1 open gear, large gear
normalizing hardness HB1-197, small gear hardening, hardness HRC42-48. Choose
closed hydraulic brake. Winch use cylindrical gearbox and open gea.
3、Motor selection and verification
3.1 Motor power choose
YZR motor specialized for crane and winch industry, meet winch real working
situation, choose the type of intermittent periodic work(S3), connection duration
40%.

Torque required at high speed：
