1. Please ensure all the details are correct in your Itinerary. If any error is there, please contact us for correction on the same
date on which ticket is issued. If otherwise, then Travel Mart Nepal will not hold any responsibility for error and Passenger will
have to bear any Amendment / Cancellation charges.

2. Please ensure to reach airport 3 Hours prior (for International Flight) 2 Hours prior (for domestic flight) to scheduled departure
time.

3. Please verify with us your flight departure time a day before departure date.

4. For International Travel, you always need to carry your original Passport and Visa together with any other document needed by
the authorities of the country / transit country.

5. For travel between Nepal and India only these 4 documents which are Nepalese Citizenship / Nepalese Passport / Indian
Passport / Indian Voter card, are recognized by immigration as proper travel document.
Indian Aadhar Card and Nepalese Voter Id are not considered a valid travel document to travel between Nepal and India. If
passenger still carries the same it will be on their own risk.

6. For Domestic Travel, valid documents accepted for travel are as per the country / airlines rule.
