RE-STOCK BUCHI LIBRARY.

Reference is made to the above captioned matter.

Following a fundraising venture led by the President’s daughter Tasila Lungu in Kitwe on the 9 th of June
well-wishers made pledges to assist the association raise money to re-stock the Buchi Library.

We are reliably informed that you have since received $10 200.00 or its equivalent in Kwacha from those
who pledged in the presence of Mr. Simon Kabanda in your office.

We regret to inform you that from Monday the 6th of August Mr. Kabanda stepped down in his capacity to
serve as the Chairperson.

The following is the breakdown of the money you received which is now in your custody.

Nicholas Kalobo ....................US $2,000

Cyme Kalobo.........................US $5,000

John Grey...............................US $2,200

Junior Kalobo.........................US $1,000

TOTAL AMOUNT.....................us $10,200 or its equivalent in Kwacha.

Please we kindly request that you return the US $ 10,200 or its equivalent in Kwacha by depositing it in
our account immediately. Please be informed that if that these are public funds which needed to be
handed over to the Association after receipt.
