(minimum) for their salad and create a vinaigrette dressing from scratch.

create a beautiful plate – examples include hot fudge, berry sauce, whipped cream,
chocolate chips, etc.
Lesson 22 Feb 15: Sweet Toast Your Way: students will need ingredients to create a sweet
toast recipe of their choice
Lesson 23 Feb 22: Savory Toast Your Way: students will need ingredients to create a sweet
toast recipe of their choice
Lesson 24 March 1: Dessert Contest: students will research a dessert recipe of choice for
this lesson
