STIR-FRY, YOUR WAY

Makes 4 servings
Steps
1. Put 2 Tbsp. oil into the wok (or
non-stick skillet) and heat on
medium-high.
2. Add onion & sweat. Add garlic
when onions start to become
translucent
3. Optional: Add raw meat to pan
& cook through
4. Optional: Add raw veggies &
cook for 1-3 mins (depending
on density)
5. Optional: Add any cooked meat
or veggies in at this time
until warm
Ingredients 6. Add noodles and stir

1/4-1/2 onion, diced ginger, and any hot sauce

chicken, steak, pork, bacon, substituting potatoes for
shrimp) noodles
● OR – include all your favorite
veggies (zucchini, broccoli, snow
peas, carrots, green beans)
● Substitute noodles for rice
● Like it spicy? Add chili paste or
sriracha
