“Ang Bayan muna Bago ang Sarili " is the dream of Ninoy Aquino to create a new
nation where Filipinos, working as a group and having a patriotic love for the nation,
set aside their differences." As time passed, K.K.K. was the Filipino people's true
motto, which literally means "Katipunan," transformed into another meaning,
"Kanya-kanyang katwiran, Kanya-kanyang kagustuhan, Kanya-kanyang kabig or
worse, Kanya-kanyang kurakot," which led people to greed, selfishness and evil
tolerance. By encouraging constructive criticism, unity and beginning individualized
and personal change within themselves, Filipinos must recapture this advocacy that
Ninoy Aquino left for the Filipino people to serve. Our country's most struggling
growth, the whole capacity to offer for our country. By being the best we can for our
country, we will make Ninoy Aquino proud to make his dream come true and, most
importantly, make the entire country a better place for each of us.

From the homily of Jaime Cardinal Sin to mark the 5th anniversary of Ninoy
Aquino 's death. There was a moment when the Philippines witnessed President
Marcos' martial law that culminated in adverse incidents. Democracy was robbed of
the Filipinos by martial law, and it reached the point that the Filipinos were now full
of all the crap that was going on and started to travel to the end of martial law to
restore independence. Ninoy Aquino was a senator back then who was one of the
people protesting what was going on under martial law, and so he led a protest
against martial law. Since he was against martial law, he was banished from the
Philippines and remained in the United States of America, but he wanted to return
home to his beloved country, but it was at a price that caused his death. The death of
Ninoy Aquino was a wake-up call to all the Filipinos that Marcos' reign should come
to an end, and so they wanted another person to lead them in this revolution, the
wife of Ninoy Aquino, Cory Aquino, who ran for president and succeeded in
winning and ending the reign of President Marcos, and so are the murders and
violence under his reign. This homily occurred during the campaign against
President Marcos with President Cory as their new leader.

The purpose of Jaime Cardinal Sin was to awaken the heart of every Filipino to do
what was right. He wanted the Filipinos to restore their affection for the Philippines,
which should be greater than their vanity. Every Filipino should hear the message of
Jaime Cardinal Sin's Homily on account of the current condition of the world. It was
a message for the Filipinos that every Filipino should really begin to gain love and
respect for his own country in order to bring peace back to the Philippines. For me,
the article was nice because it had a meaning that could make the country a safer
place. It criticized the Filipinos for demonstrating what had to be done to bring an
end to the crisis. It was fortunate that Jaime Cardinal Sin had not been able to
recognize specifically the person behind the cause of all the violence at that period. It
was a smart idea to classify the Filipinos in general. It was, in general, a well-written
essay about Jaime Cardinal Sin's Homily.
