financial advisory service providers, which offer individuals and businesses a wide portfolio of
services, including investment due diligence, M&A advisory, valuation, real-estate consulting, risk
consulting, taxation consulting. These offerings are made by a range of providers, including
individual domestic consultants to large multi-national organization
The Partners’ efforts are supplemented by support staff with solid professional experience, who
adhere to the firm’s mission of providing our clients with timely, high quality, result-oriented and
efficient services (under the above stated heads), while promoting the virtues of integrity, honesty
and professionalism.
Within a considerably short period, the firm has curved a niche for itself as a provider of quick and

Provision of legal Consultancy services focusing mainly on corporate and commercial matters, civil
and commercial litigation, banking, property, secured transactions, conveyancing, intellectual
property, and legal and policy consultancy matters as follows:

Twelve (12) years under the Firm, and more than eight (8) years for each of the Partners in
the Firm under different leading law Firms prior to the formation of Bbaale Advocates

This depends on the nature of services we are contracted to provide. In the case of day-
today advisory work we can conclude the exercise in one (1) day. Generally, in line with our
vision, we are conscious of maintaining our outstanding reputation for timely, high quality,
result oriented and efficient legal services which keep pace with the demands of The
Judicial Service Commission as a public service provider.

1.3 Masaka Micro Finance Ltd:
We act as the principle legal advisors for Masaka Micro Finance Ltd. We provide advice on
regulatory compliance, provision of company secretarial services, employment and labour
advisory, Immigration advisory and processing services, land access and surface rights, tax
advisory, drafting review and negotiation of contracts and litigation among other legal
