RESOLUTION NO. 012-2020

A RESOLUTION FOR THE GRADUATION FEE AND LEGACY FEE PAYMENT

WHEREAS, the Institute Association of Graduating Students (IAGS) composed of all College
Graduating Presidents, convened and discussed the Graduation fees;
WHEREAS, only the reasonable fees most relevant to graduating students of batch 2020 has
been carefully adopted and approved;
WHEREAS, all collection is bonded by a Resolution’s and monitoring for transparency;
WHEREAS, only recommended and approved fees by the IAGS are allowed to be collected from
the Graduating Students.
WHEREAS, the Graduation fee of Batch 2020 is P640.00 while the legacy fee is P300.00;
WHEREAS, Any IAGS Officers except the Secretary are no longer allowed to receive payments
from Graduating Students starting Nov. 21, 2020;

WHEREAS, All the payments that will be collected Starting November 21, 2020 will be utilize for
Virtual Graduation;

WHEREAS, The AGS Presidents must submit their Financial Report on November 20, 2020 for
their clearance;
RESOLVED, that Institute Association of Graduating Students (IAGS) confirmed that this
resolution shall remain valid and subsisting unless otherwise revoked or amended by the IAGS;
RESOLVED, THEREFORE as it is hereby resolved that this resolution shall take effect this 9th
day of November Two Thousand Twenty upon affixing the signature of the majority of the officer
of the Institute Association of Graduating Students (IAGS).
