Detailed steps to be followed inside the Bank for RTGS transaction &

physical delivery.

1) We'll check NOC with self attested photo id of all directors. You'll ask your
manager to prepare cash receiving letter in front of us.
2) We'll check your window. No loan/cc/od/fd a/c , only current a/c.
3) Closing & opening balance should be greater than work amount.
4) Only pvt ltd or public ltd co. as per Indian companies act, 1956 & not listed on
any stock exchange.
5) In case of suspicion, signature verification reqd in manager's screen.
6) Your manger will prepare a letter in front of us that when we will give the cash
to you, he will make the RTGS to our company's a/c & keep it with him.
7) Token will be given say 5-20 lakhs (depending upon work amount)  upon
handing over the cash receiving letter as mentioned in Step 1. We'll giv KYC of
our company.
8)You'll fill & sign RTGS form & cheque in our company name & handover to
manager.
9) Manager wil handover to us in writing that after receipt of cash by you , he'll
make the said RTGS to our co's a/c as mentioned in Step 6
10) We'll give amount with commission.
11) Check quantity & quality.
12) Ask your manager to make the RTGS as aforesaid.
13) Handover the NOC & self attested photo id of all directors to us.

Do note, in case any authorised signatory comes to perform & not the director,
then he needs to bring company resolution & authority letter in this effect. Also
he'll enable us to enquire about the deal telephonically with one or all directors

mandatory; bank statement for last three months having at least five transactions;
each amounting to nearly the transaction amount is required to work.only the
bank statement with the aforementioned transactions is eligible for work.
also that the slot timings will be one hour say 10.30 am. to 11.30 am. if the
director/authorized signatory of W party takes authorized signatory B party inside
the bank and starts the performance before 11.15 am, then only the work will be
done.nothing will be. done after 11.15 am, our signatory will not enter the bank
after 11.15 am.
Both parties will secure Rs 10 lakhs 24 hours before the deal in a star hotel. not at
bank.
