WHAT IT IS AND HOW IT WORKS?

The idea is to create AI driven simulation tests for specific job roles in an organisation which
will use technology and analytics to measure the potential of the job seekers in that particular
role, not their resumes. This will not only measure the true potential of a candidate but will
also find perfect fit candidates for different job roles. The candidates will answer objective
questions and display decision making in simulated scenarios based on which they will be
given scores for 9 measurable traits – attention, effort, fairness, decision making, emotion,
focus, generosity, learning and risk tolerance which go into making a favourable employee.
Apart from this, the tests will measure the candidate’s basic aptitude along with his numerical
and logical reasoning. These assessments will give scores which can be compared against
scores obtained by fellow candidates, base scores required for a certain job and the industry
average. The solution will make the hiring process completely objective and free of human
bias. This will not only measure the true potential of a candidate but will also find perfect fit
candidates for different job roles. The system will enable growing companies to reduce their
time to hire, increase their hire yield, decrease their costs and select the qualified candidates.
More candidates can be given the opportunity as the process will be completely automated
and it is possible to screen hundreds of candidates in the time taken for one physical
interview. Owing to the current scenario where majority of workforce is operating remotely
and it is near impossible to monitor sincerity, there is an increased importance associated
with quality of hire’ and individuals being self-driven and self-improving due to work from
home. We plan to use data collected from strong performers in each job role within the
industry and within specific companies to ensure that what we measure is relevant to the jobs
in question.
