Kodavendla Jayaraj .. Plaintiff

and
Nagireddi Kesava Reddy .. Defendant

Suit for recovery of a sum of Rs. 5,00,000-00 ( made up of Rs. 250000 +

Rs.250000) being the principal and interest due on A and B marked two pronotes
dt: 16-7-2012 for Rs.2,50,000-00 and Rs.2,50,000-00 each respectively executed
by the defendant infavour of plaintiff agreeing to repay the same with interest at
18%p.a. and claimed at the same rate . But inspite of repeated demands did not
pay the amount. Hence the suit.

This case coming before me in the presence of Sri P.Guruprasad,

Advocate for the plaintiff , and that the defendant having been called absent and
set exparte, this court made the following
JUDGMENT

Chief affidavit of plaintiff filed. Ex.A1 and Ex.A2 are marked. Perused the
record. Judgment pronounced (VSJ) In the result, the suit is decreed with costs
infavour of plaintiff for a sum of Rs.5,00,000-00 (made up of Rs.2,50,000 +
Rs.2,50,000) with future interest at 12%p.a. from the date of suit till the date of
decree , and thereafter at 6%p.a. from the date of decree till the date of realization
on the principal amount of Rs.5,00,000-00 (made up of Rs.2,50,000 + Rs.2,50,000)
