ANSWER:
Job analysis refers to the process of getting detailed information about jobs. It gives an
organization a good grasp of the specific skills and talents that they need. Through this, the
human resource management can easily identify which candidate is the best during the
recruitment and selection process. Job analysis also helps the human resource department
with analyzing their employees and providing the right amount of wages and salaries for
them.
4. What are the job analysis techniques and when do you consider each or a combination of
each technique applicable for a variety of human resource activities?

Perform billing function including the issuance of billing invoices
Should ensure that the billing information contained in the billing invoice is correct,

Shall coordinate with the General Manager and other departments for activities and
reports necessary and incidental to the issuance of a billing invoice to client
Shall do full accounting of collection and shall post entry to the Cash Receipts Books
and review resulting accounting entries thereof
Shall prepare and submit Summary of Collections received during his shift and shall
submit this to the General Manager and Finance Officer at the end of his work shift.
Skills Required:
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, and/or
related fields.
At least 1 year of working is required.
With good verbal and written communication skills
Must be familiar with using Quickbooks/Accounting System
7. What are the possible trade-offs among the various approaches to designing jobs?
ANSWER:
The possible trade-offs of the four approaches to job design are as follows:
In using Mechanistic Approach, the company will result to hire more employees
resulting to more budget allocated to the workforce. However, through this, the
company can ensure the quality of work done by their employees as their tasks are
specifically defined allowing them to have focus.
In Motivational Approach, employee satisfaction can be achieved by the company.
This approach will motivate employees to stay with the company through the years.
Nevertheless, this may also result to employees demanding increase with their
wage/salaries and benefits as they may feel that their job is too meaningful.

In Biological Approach, employees may be too relaxed with their work environment.
Physical strain will be avoided but employees can also be less productive.
In Perceptual-Motor Approach, employees may take advantage of the jobs their
assigned of. They may refuse to work or get things done by telling their employees
that their ability couldn’t meet the requirements of the job. This will also lead to
employees lacking of motivation to improve their skills and talents.
