I am currently a graduate student at Misamis University with a major course of Nursing

Education Administration. One of our class requirements is to shadow a chief nurse and/or a
dean for practicum experience.

In order to comply with this, I would be extremely grateful if you will allow me to quietly
observe you for a total of 56 hours (7 8hours-duty day) as you go about your usual schedule and
routine. If possible, it would be helpful if we also had a short interview toward the end so I could
ask you questions I might have about the functions and responsibilities of a chief nurse. Learning
from you will be a great help in both my career and my quest for more knowledge and skills in
the nursing field.
