Simon Sturgis – Targeting Zero

Covid-19 and Economic Recovery

- Climate Crisis is much larger than Covid-19.

- Major increase in the role of the State.
- Feasible to stimulate economic growth and progress
towards Net Zero emissions.
- Global emissions will fall by some 8% due to Covid-19 in
2020.
- This needs to continue year on year at least to 2030.
