08:00AM-12:00NN – The group will meet for the arrangements of the venue, sound system, and
the power point presentation. This will also be the time to do a dry run before the event itself.
The group will get dressed at about 11:45AM.
12:00NN-12:45NN – Help the panelists and attendees to their seats.
12:45NN-01:00PM – The group will meet for last minute instructions and prayers.
01:00PM – 4:00PM
