FOUR-DAY PLAN OVERVIEW

Theme: Oblación de San Ignacio: A Ti, oh Señor, te lo devuelvo.

Motif: Marvel: Stronger Together

Brief Description: The theme of this four-day festivity of the Ateneo de Zamboanga University
Senior High School is culled from the famous prayer of St Ignatius of Loyola, which is the
Suscipe. In this prayer, St Ignatius asks the Lord to take and receive all his liberty, memory,
understanding, and entire will- all that he has and possesses for the Lord has given all to him,
so he also returns all things to the Lord, followed by him asking the Lord for the Lord’s love and
grace to be sufficient for him. This act inspired the famous Oblation of St Ignatius of Loyola.
As the new school year approaches, we encourage students and teachers through these
welcoming festivities to surrender the all affairs to the Lord, entrusting to Him these affairs and
allowing Him to carve the path that we all will take. Also, to perk up the celebration, the motif of
these celebrations will be inspired by Marvel movies, which encourages people to work together
for the greater good in spite of having individual talents and capabilities.
