WHEREAS, encouraging meaningful connections and promoting romance within the school
premises is essential for learners;

WHEREAS, creating memorable experiences contributes to the overall happiness and

satisfaction of learners;

WHEREAS, the Dating Booth or Station initiative aims to provide an enchanting

environment for learners to share special moments with their crushes or special someone;

BE IT RESOLVED, that the officers will commit to the following guidelines for the
successful execution of "A Date to Remember":

Venue Setup:

• Arrange tables with elegant tablecloths to create a good and romantic atmosphere.

• Utilize candles and charming designs to enhance the ambiance and set a romantic
mood.

Materials and Decor:

• Ensure the availability of quality materials, including tables, tablecloths, candles, and
decorative elements to create a visually appealing setting.

• Maintain a consistent theme that aligns with the romantic and memorable nature of
the event.

Facilitation:

• Appoint BKD Officers as facilitators to ensure the smooth coordination and assistance
during the event.

• Facilitators should be knowledgeable about the event details and provide support to
learners as needed.

Participant Engagement:

• Encourage learners to actively engage in the event and create lasting memories with
their crushes or special someone.

• Implement activities or ice breakers to enhance interaction and encourage connection.
