SCHEDULE OF ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENT

1. Anent to the CSC Resolution No. 2000912 promulgated on October 14, 2020 and
circularized via CSC Memorandum Circular No. 18, s. 2020, adopting four-day workweek in
combination with other AWAs, this office hereby informs its teaching and non-teaching personnel
the schedule of the alternative work arrangement from November 16-20, 2020.

2. As expected, teaching and non-teaching personnel shall make themselves available during
working hours and to maximize the time spent in the discharge of their duties and responsibilities.
They are expected to observe honesty, integrity, and professionalism in the conduct of their duties
so that the government time, money, and resources are employed and used efficiently, honestly,
and economically, to avoid wastage of public funds and resources. And, that the submission of
accomplishment report during the work from home shall be made immediately upon reporting the
next day.

3. Strict observance of minimum public health standards like wearing of face mask and face
shield, frequent hand washing or applying of hand sanitizer and physical distancing is enjoined.

4. Enclosed is the Alternative Work Arrangement schedule for the information, guidance and
strict compliance of everyone.

5. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
