Reflection

My lesson was on write expressions. This lesson was for the third grade for boys and
girls. The lesson was explained in the mathematics class in four groups of five to six students.
Initially, the teacher checks it the prior knowledge by presenting the set of an apple shape and
placing them on the board. The teacher will ask students to count a number of apples. The
teacher then places an expressive word like (more than or less than). The teacher will ask
students randomly. What does the word mean? Students respond with the teacher. Using this
method helps students to attract them and gain more understanding of the lesson. Brown's
theory followed is scaffolding. Using one type of scaffold students will build and follow the
pattern using cubes by Nearpod program. The aim of this lesson is to clarify the educational
plan that he used during this stage.

There are several strategies that can be used to help students understand the lesson,
for example, teach them a lot of keywords for four operations so the student will understand
the lesson in an easy way. Therefore, I tried to attract students by showing them a group of
apples by Nearpod program to gain a more understanding of the lesson. So, I have done many
activities for different levels. I noticed that the students enjoyed the activity and practiced the
activities correctly, which meant that the students understood the lesson well. Then go on to
the second part I will start with the student's lesson by introducing a set of keywords to me
four operations are addition, multiplication, division and subtraction. Then the teacher starts
reading the words with the students and showed them an example of writing expressions such
as 4, more than 3 and 10 less than 5.

After that, the teacher moved the third part is activities. The teacher divides the
student into three levels Emergent. I give 15 minutes to do this activity. I think the students'
response was very effective when I explained the activities to each group and each group was
doing its activities quickly. Actuality, students responded to the lesson in the right way and
showed engaging when using the activity and interest to learn more. I was trying to help
some students to know the meaning of the word first then I help them to use cubes to find the
answer or hand to account.
However, this is an enjoyable experience in using the classroom environment to
learning and it was enjoyable as the students showed interest in the topic of the lesson and
enjoyed sharing and interacting with me. The lesson achieved my educational goals by
adding students to a skill that is appropriate for the students' learning levels and increased
their knowledge. In the future, I will develop my skills and improve my abilities in the
preparation of activities and dealing with students to better understand the subject of the
lesson as well as contribute to the development of the field of education. This experience has
had a great impact in improving my skills both in the field of preparing activities. Also,
dealing with students as well as learning environmental education directly and dealing with
teachers and get experience from them.
