Over the last year and as a hobby, I've been collecting alot of old mags and articles and discovered the yesteryear
stars had even more juicy lives than the current generation. We all know far too much about our present stars but the
Ranbir/Deepika/Katrina triangle, the John-Bipasha jodi and even the Salman/Ash relationship pale in comparison to
some of the affairs and liasions of the past. I thought it'd be a good and entertaining read to collate some of the info
I've stumbled onto.
 
Of course I wasn't witness to any of the below and have relied entirely on second hand personal gossip, first hand
accounts in memoirs/interviews and magazine articles. Feel free to read these with a pinch of salt but I believe pretty
much everything here is fairly accurate.

Shobhna Samarth, Kajol's grandmother, divorced her husband and lived with the actor Motilal and her four
daughters for ten years. After they split, he had relationship with the actress Nadira until his death.
Ashok Kumar and Nalini Jaywant, Kajol's great aunt (Shobhna Samarth's cousin) worked together in 11 films and
had an on/off relationship throughout. His wife was an alcoholic and he moved out and into the same street as
Nalini lived on. She stopped socialising with people, including Ashok, in the early eighties and died a total recluse.
Meena Kumari was married to Kamal Amrohi but also had affairs with Rajendra Kumar, Raaj Kumar, Pradeep
Kumar and Dharmendra.
Premnath proposed to Madhubala but she turned him down. She also received proposals from Pradeep Kumar and
Bharat Bushan. She proposed to Kishore Kumar.
Dilip Kumar had a fling with Vyjayanthimala after breaking up with Madhubala. He does not acknowledge the
relationship though, for whatever reason. He dated Waheeda Rehman briefly but he ditched her at the last minute
and married Saira Banu at the behest of her mother.
Saira Banu was in a relationship with the much married Rajendra Kumar before her marriage. She also had a fling
with Dharmendra while he was dating Meena Kumari too.
Raj Kapoor dated Vyjaynthimala, even though she denies it. He ditched her when his wife, scarred by the Nargis
affair put her foot down and Vyjayanthimala allegedly had to have an abortion. She later married his personal
physician, who himself was married and left his wife and family for her.
Raj Kapoor also had an affair with the great dancer/actress Padmini.
Dev Anand confessed in his memoirs that he was in love with Zeenat Aman. She didn't really reciprocate and later
got involved with Raj Kapoor.
Shammi Kapoor and Mumtaz were involved and wanted to get married. Mumtaz claimed they split because Shammi
wanted her to give up her career and she was not ready to.
The much married Mehmood had a long affair with Aruna Irani and single handedly dictated her career. She left
him after he became obsessive and possessive and her career started to derail. She made a comeback a few years
later but only as a character actor.
Zeenat Aman also dated Imran Khan , the cricketer, and Sanjay Khan. The famous story is that Sanjay's wife Zarine
once slapped Zeenat at a Bollywood party.
Parveen Babi had a long term relationship with Mahesh Bhatt. She also had flings with Amitabh Bachchan, Danny
Denzongpa and Feroz Khan.
Shatrugan Sinha dated Reena Roy for three years, while also engaged to his current wife. They split after he got
married but resumed their affair shortly after for another two years. Reena eventually ended it when she realised
Shatrugan would never marry her because of what his wife says was her 'questionable history'. Reena had danced
at cabaret bars before making it in Bollywood to fend for her family.
Rishi and Dimple had just started dating when Rajesh Khanna came into the picture. They split and Rishi started
seeing Neetu Singh soon after.
Kumar Gaurav, Rajendra Kumar's son was engaged to Raj Kapoor's daughter but  the two called off the
engagement. Relations between the Kumars and Kapoors became strained. Kumar Gaurav then fell in love with his
'Love Story' co-star Vijeta Pandit but his father Rajendra refused to sanction the marriage. Vijeta went on to marry
music director Aadesh Shrivastava. Kumar Guarav married Sunil and Nargi's daughter, Namrata Dutt.
Tina Munim left Sunjay Dutt because of his drug habit and started seeing Rajesh Khanna. They lived together for a
year before she dumped him and left for America. When she came back, she married Anil Ambani.
Vinod Khanna and Amrita Singh dated for quite awhile.
Yogeeta Bali left Kishore Kumar for Mithun Chakraborty.
Mithun and Sridevi were seriously involved and even allegedly got married. Yogeeta Bali attempted suicide and
Sridevi realised Mithun was not in fact divorced as he claimed. She had the marriage annulled and dumped him.
Mithun went back to Yogeeta.
Bobby Deol and Neelam dated for five years, then he ditched her for Pooja Bhatt. They split after two years.
Pooja Bhatt once claimed she and Aamir were involved and gave interviews to that effect. She later retracted and
claimed she'd been misquoted and misunderstood.
Govinda and his Kirti were once at loggerheads over Juhi Chawla. Govinda later dated Neelam and claimed he
wanted to marry her. He also confessed in an interview he was very attracted to Sonali Bendre.
Akshay Kumar left his non-famous girlfriend for Pooja Batra in the very early nineties. He then dumped Pooja
Batra and dated Raveena for four years. After they split, he took up with Shilpa Shetty but cheated on her with
Twinkle Khanna.
Sanjay Kapoor dated Tabu while filming their debut film. He cheated on her with Raveena, who was Tabu's very
good friend. It didn't last but to this day, Tabu and Raveena don't see eye to eye.
Ajay dated Raveena briefly, but ditched her and later bad mouthed her interviews. He took up with Karisma but her
mom Babita hated him. When they split, he started dating Kajol. The story goes that Karisma once followed Ajay to
a hotel and found him with Kajol. She was devastated.
Sushmita Sen has dated Sunjay Dutt, Sanjay Kapoor, Vikram Bhatt and Randeep Hoonda. All but Randeep were
married men.
Akshaye Khanna allegedly dated Aishwarya Rai briefly, before she started seeing Salman Khan. The Kapoors and
Khannas also toyed with the idea of arranging a marriage between Karisma and Akshaye but talks didn't go too far
and the idea was quickly abandoned.

I guess all the below ones have been discussed here... Just compiling them... More later...
 
At one time Rekha was two timing ABSr and Raj Babbar and having an affair with both...Rekha was seen running
down a Juhu road after a fight with Raj Babbar in his office in the middle of the night. Amitabh Bachchan was
waiting outside. Torn between the two men she wanted to flee from both. Amitabh in a white Ambassador tried to
stop her, but she was hysterical and just kept running.
 
Rekha got into a heady alliance with Sunjay Dutt (then referred to as her toyboy) after she was disallowed to meet
Amitabh Bachchan. Even when he was in hospital after the accident on the sets of Coolie she went in for a
relationship with a vengeance and did whatever she did rather publicly. It lasted a month.
 
 
Hemamalini was with Dharmendra and Jeetendra with Shobha. Hemamalini and Jeetendra started working together
they fell madly in love. Secretly they decided on marriage. During an outdoor shoot they would have almost
completed their pheras if Shobha and Dharmendra hadn't got a clue to the situation and rushed to the spot and
brought back their respective partners.
Sridevi back stabbed friend Mona Kapoor who accomodated Sri when she came to Mumbai...Sri got pregnant with
her rakhi brother after which he married her and Mona moved out of Boney's life..
 
Boney Kapoor's marriage to Sridevi made his first wife, Mona, livid. Once when Sridevi was pregnant they came
face to face in a party, and taking the opportunity Mona's mom started assaulting her until Archana Puran Singh
intervened and stopped the enraged woman.
 
Kamalahasan and Sarika were in love, but not public about it for some time. But Sarika got pregnant out of wedlock.
Of course, Vani Ganapathy, his wedded wife, raised an uproar and went public. But Sarika went ahead and gave
birth to her love child. Later they split and then he had an affair with ih leading lady in many movies Simran... and
now he is in a live in relationship wih actress Gautami ...
 
Vyjayantimala had an affair with Raj Kapoor during which Krishna Kapoor moved out with the kids to a hotel...
After that fizzled Vyjayantimala had an affair with his personal physician Dr Bali who too was married... 
It was rumoured then that Vyjayanthimala  had 'bought' herself a husband by paying the hefty alimony that Dr Bali
had to give his wife to get a divorce...
 
Simi Garewal had an affair in the 80's with a noted businessman from Pakistan Salman Taseer who later became the
Governor of Punjab in Pakistan and who was assasinated in January this year and who's son was kidnapped recently
in Lahore in August...
 
Salman Taseer was no less of a colorful dude... In the 80's during a book tour to India he and noted Indian  journalist
Tavleen Singh had a love affair that lasted for a week after which he returned to Pakistan to his kids and wife... 
After that Tavleen got pregnant with his child who continued with the pregnancy and their affair continued for 2
years and then Salman Taseer fled to Dubai after he was tortured in a Lahore Fort by The Zia regime...
Thats when he met Simi Garewal and they painted the Dubai social circuit red... Taboids and gossip columns went
crazy for a while writing abt the public confrontations between the three, Salman Taseer and Simi and Tavleen
Singh and stories abt infidelity, cheating and betrayal...
Tavleen Singh had a son from Salman Taseer who later wrote a book on his estrangement from his biological
father...
Simi's affair with Salman Taseer lasted for a year after which she married a businessman from Delhi...  That
marriage lasted for a week after which she separated from him...

nothing new abt these affairs . it has appeared so many times in various website and people had discussion about
these affairs million times in various forums

Adding on:
There were rumours that Dimple was actually Raj Kapoor's love child from Nargis. Thats why he ensured Rishi and
Dimple broke up and he got her married to a much older Rajesh Khanna.
Ajay was apparently dating Raveena and Karisma at the same time. They used to have lots of catfights over him on
the sets of a movie being shot in Mauratius.
Pooja Bhatt told in an interview that Aamir and she had an immensely satisfying physical relationship.

Makes me wonder why all these actors male and females pretend to be all  innocent 
i.e seeda saadis  . Bunch of hypocrates  .
