WRITTEN PRODUCTION- TASK 1 THIRD CUT: UNREAL SITUATIONS

I. Write a short paragraph talking about the following situations. Each paragraph should have 5 lines.
(Use the second conditional and the vocabulary studied in unit 5) Use some of these words or
expressions: “An arm and a leg, a drop in the bucket, I couldn’t face myself, put yourself in someone’s
shoes, truth, lie, values, wrong, good”

1. If you were a millionaire, what would you do?
Say what things you’d buy, where you’d live etc.
If I were millionaire, I would buy a mansion for my
mom and me, I woul go to travel whit my best
friend to many countries, I would buy a white
truck toyota land cruise prado and I would set up a
real estate business.
2. Imagine you were the president of the
country; what things you’d do what others you
wouldn’t; which laws you would create or avoid,
etc.
If I were the president of Colombia, I would fight
corruption with the full weight of the law, I would
fight for health and education to be free in the
country and It will not allow foreigners to enter our
country without a customs control

3. If you had the opportunity to visit a country,
which one would you visit? What would you do
there? Etc.
My dream is to travel, to know many countries. I
would start by knowing France specifically Paris, I
would visit the Eiffel tower and take many photos
with it.
4. Your best friend and you go to a store and
your friend steals something really expensive, no
one sees him, but you do. What would you do?
I would make him return what was stolen and
apologize, I would talk to him about the values that
we must have, that we must be clear about what is
good and what is wrong.
