PART 3

Introduction

Weddings are very important occasions in my country. They are vital social event which join two
families together to celebrate the new marriage. In this essay, I will describe the law concerning
marriage where I live, outline the customs and traditions of a typical wedding and show how
weddings have changed in recent years.

Development

The allowed age for a person to marry is 18 years. Commonly only those who are present before
the marriage certificate are witnesses of the union as well as the families of the couple may also
be present. The couple that is about to get married signs a marriage certificate to make their union
official before the law The place where it is carried out in a common way is in the registry office.

The man asks his girlfriend if she wants to marry him, at the same time he has to ask his father for
the bride's hand to have his permission. Invitations are sent to all the people that the couple
wants in the celebration, as well as sometimes there may be people who are present without
having an invitation to said event. Commonly the couple chooses the place where both the
wedding and the celebration will take place. The part of the wedding is usually paid by the father
of the bride while the father of the groom usually pays for the flowers of the event. You usually
have the wedding, the celebration and after this the couple go on a honeymoon.

You still have the idea of getting married when you are over 18 years old, but with the permission
of the parents of the bride, a wedding can be carried out at a younger age. The costs are usually
divided between the families of the couple or else it may be that the couple themselves are paying
for their own wedding, causing the costs to be divided between them. Depending on whether or
not they want to carry out a wedding, the groom usually only asks the bride. The names don't
change at all.

Conclusion

As the years go by, the way of thinking of the community also advances, making the question of
whether or not to carry out a wedding more critical, since for various reasons the couple decide or
not to get married formally, since although it is still a reason for joy and jubilation for families the
union of two people, usually depends on the comfort of the couple if they carry out the event or
not. Although in many cases it is usually only chosen to sign the marriage certificate to get married
formally before the law.
Science Assignment Planning - Reduction-oxidation reactions
Introduction

Across the time the advances in science giving us a lot of information about the things around us, like
the development of medicine, an explanation about the conformation from the substances that we
use in us day life and the investigation of new compounds or substances for the community benefit.

Above that all, the development and investigation of reactions of reduction-oxidation. Was a big step
from understand the behavior of simple molecules, and with this knowledge, start to work with
molecules more complicated follow the same behavior. I will describe the elements of a reduction-
oxidation reaction and the relevance of their components for a good and functional reaction.

Development

In the reaction from reduction-oxidation, it's necessary have to substances that reacts between them,
but for a redox reaction these substances have an important work. In a redox reaction, we have two
important roles, the reduction agent and oxidation agent. In a reaction between two substances, it's
necessary that each one of them take a role, this to make that the reaction happen.

The reductor agent is the substance that in the reaction give up his electrons, and with this action
reduce the other substance. While the oxidation agent gains the electrons that the other substance
gives up and oxidase the substance at the same time.

For check the equilibrium, is necessary make a relation between the species reactants and the
products. Taking reference of the atom that lose or gains electrons, and with this make the
equilibrium like a semi-reaction. Making a balance of substance and energy, both with the reductor
and oxidation agents.

Finally, with the semi-reactions of the two molecules balanced, it's necessary make that semi-
reactions an only one. The only one balanced reaction should have an equilibrium of matter and
charge on their both sides. And with these elements in the reaction, we can check the products of the
reaction and the electrons movement.

Conclusion

The relevance of the roles of reduction and oxidation agent are the base of this kind of reactions, due
to with their functions is possible analyze and compare the behavior of molecules similar between
them. For make inferences about the possible behavior or reaction of one or more reactants with
other species.
