Guidelines to Use “LOADING INFORMATION_CIVIL” Spread Sheet:

Step-01
Please enter the “Project Name” , “Project No” ,”Civil Rack/Structure name” &
“North direction in Caesar” as mentioned below.

Step-02
Please enter the stress systems (format as highlighted in red) associated with the
Rack / Structure.
Step-03
Then run the dialog “Press Here after entering all stress systems”.

Step-04
After this run following screen will appear and program will ask to enter the node
numbers.

Step-05
Please enter “ok” and then you will see the screen as attached below, in which you
need to enter the node numbers (numeric values always) used in the system.
And you can see few more sheets have been created, in which we need to copy the
restraint summary from Caesar output and paste in those sheets.

Please note that while copying the restraint summary from Caesar output do select
the “HYD”, “OPE” (normal operating without occasional), “SUS” and pure
“OCC” load case. Attached snapshot for reference.
Step-06
Then please move to the second sheet “Loading Information of XX-XX” and enter
the margin we need for each loading conditions as shown below.
Step-07
Then please move to the first sheet “Loading Information” and run the dialog
“Calculate Loading Information”.

Then in sheet 02 loading information will appear as shown below.


Please note that currently I did not calculate OPE+OCC load. Shall calculate the
same .
