I would like to draw your kind attention to the poor service provided by your
company. As a loyal customer who has bought so many items from your
superstore, I am terribly disappointed with the unfair treatment by your staff.
On 18 April 2019, I went to one of your superstores in Jitra, Kedah. It was early in
the morning and I was told that I was the first customer that day. I made a
purchase of the above item from your shop. The model is Panamonia 40 inch
V5400 Full HD TV and it costs me RM1099. I also requested for wall mounting
services which costs me RM200. I then paid a lump sum of RM1299 in cash and
was given a receipt numbered EN235455 by your salesgirl, Ms. Phea. She

Your organisation, True Adventure, a leading sports gear company in Kuala Lumpur would
like to host a ‘Plogging along the Coastline’ event in Pulau Payar, Langkawi, Kedah. It is a
