Hello,
My name is Ruby Taylor and my sister is Rachel Storr. We are very unusual. We
are identical sisters, but we've got different parents.
We are from China, but we are adopted. We both live in Scotland, I live near
Aberdeen, and Rachel in Edinburgh, 150 km away. In her Scottish family, my
sister Rachel has got two brothers, but I am an 'only child' (I haven’t got
brothers or sisters). I often visit Rachel, and our parents are now friends. We
both have got two 'families': their parents, an 'aunt' and 'uncle' (the other sister's
parents) and eight grandparents! We have got long, dark hair and brown eyes. We are
just identical. Rachel writes with her right hand and I write with my left hand, for
example. Our favourite hobby is art and we both love clothes. I wear Rachel's
clothes and Rachel wears my clothes, and we play a game with our
grandparents called 'Am I Ruby or am I Rachel?' Our grandparents haven't got
any idea!
