The Altar Society met on November 17, 2020 in the church basement.

All committee members

were present.The minutes were read from the August meeting and a treasurer's report was
given. The bazaar committee reported on donations received from parishioners. They were very
pleased with the response from the parish. The DRE also gave a report on the CCD program.
The water in the CCD center is fixed and the floor has also been repaired. She also spoke on
the Christmas Program, Cancelation policy regarding Covid, and upcoming events. Discussion
was held on resuming funeral lunches and Sunday morning breakfast. Nothing was decided at
this time. A discussion was held on increasing Altar Society membership dues. It was decided to
increase dues to $30. The election of officers was also held. Stephanie Koupal and Traci Payer
will serve as Co/Presidents. Lynda Kafka, Vice President, Jolene Stewart, Treasurer, and Kim
Kafka, Secretary. The next meeting is scheduled for February 16, 2021. The Altar Society would
like to give Patty Eggers a HUGE Thank You for all of her hard work over the past 8 years. She
is truly a Blessing to our parish!! God Bless You Patty!!
