In order to resolve conflict, you should avoid taking one side or the other.
Instead, you should ask the people in conflict what it is that the other person
likely finds difficult about working with them.
Once people have looked at their own behavior from the perspective of the
other side, they can often see why the other person is acting as they have.
From there, get the two parties in conflict to agree on a joint objective.
