a. Eating out can play an important role in building a strong business relationship. Different
country have different table manners. How culturally aware are you? Try the quiz below

I work for a large company in the centre of the city. It’s an administrative job, so I spend most of my
day dealing with routine paperwork. It’s only secretarial at the moment, while my son is small- I live
at two. I still have holidays though- three weeks, plus bonus I get payed monthly and the salary is

they had a different colour than that you ordered. Write a letter of complaint.
Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain. I recently bought your web-store a pair of shoes, but this
pair of shoes has a different colour than that I ordered.
Firstly, I want to tell you, I orders a black pair of shoes, but you sent a brown ones .
I would like to know, if I had the opportunity to change this? Do you have a right
colour to this pair of shoes . I look forward to your answer.

Gerry (a) pointed-out the issue of the training budget and (b)raised comments from the group. Anna
