 Purchase Process

 Figure ## is the process of buying materials needed for the production of the

product. It will start by checking of the craftsman if the inventory reached its minimum

level. If so, the craftsman will prepare a purchase requisition form and submit it to the

manager. The manager should have an approval first before issuing and sending a

purchase order to the chosen suppliers. Upon the delivery of the supplies by the

supplier, the crew will inspect the goods and conduct physical counting, if any defects

and deficiency from the purchase order shall be return and notify the supplier for a

replacement and send a debit memo. If the supplies does not have any issues, the

manager will pay the supplier through check disbursement signed which he will sign

while the bookkeeper record the financial transactions

STORE AND OFFICE SCHEDULE

Lumos Nyctophilia is scheduled to open from Monday – Saturday from 8:00 a.m. in the

morning until 7:00 in the evening. Having total operation time of 11-hours. The Manager and

accountant work from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. They have two set of break time. While the

cashier will have the same working hour as the store schedle.

The security guard will end his duty after twelve hours of shift. Another security

guard will replace him from the evening shift. The shifts are rotational every month. The

super visor and the craftsmen will have the same break during 12:40 p.m. - 1:40 p.m.
