     We use also before the main verb in the sentence.

    Starbucks sells coffee, and also sells very good food.

     We use also after the verb to be.

    Antonio is my friend, but he is also my boss.

     We use too at the end of the sentence.

    The teacher is a good person and he is patient, too.
