INTERMEDIO II: PARCIAL

James Lester

Blog Post #115

If you want to buy a used car from a dealer you can trust, then go to Honest Auto. I just bought a
car from them, and they were terrific!

At Honest Auto, they only sell cars that are in great condition. Whenever they get a car, they check
it out and fix it up so it works like new. If a car has a problem they can't fix, they won't sell it. So,
you don't have to worry that your car will break down as you drive it home from the dealer!

Honest Auto's prices aren't always the lowest, but if you buy from another dealer just to save
money, you may be sorry. Besides, Honest Auto does have some great deals. When I bought my
car, they added some extra features for free.

Honest Auto also has good customer service. Many dealers don't want to see you after you buy
your car. But if you have a problem with a car you bought from Honest Auto, they'll be happy to
help you.

Honest Auto has all different kinds of cars, from economy-sized cars to luxury models. If you get
lucky, you might even drive home in one of their latest car models!

This might seem like an ad for Honest Auto, but it's not! Honest Auto didn't pay me to write this - I
just like to share helpful information when I have it. And I never recommend a business unless I
believe in it.

The Reunion

Frieda received an invitation for a party. It was a reunion - a gathering for people who were in her high school
class 20 years ago. Frieda didn't want to attend the party. The last time she had gone to her class reunion, she
had had a terrible time.
That time, she had gotten all dressed up. She'd even had her hair done. But as soon as she arrived at the
party, she realized she'd made a mistake by coming. When she saw everyone, she remembered that she
hadn't really been friends with these people back in high school. They had been more like acquaintances.

Frieda tried her best to hold conversations with her old classmates. But she soon realized she had nothing in
common with them. She tried talking with Shirley. But all Shirley did was gossip. She tried speaking with Stan,
but Stan kept insulting people - just like he had done in high school. Frieda also spoke to Marina and Max, but
only for a short time. They had nothing to say to each other.

Frieda had hoped that at least she would run into Anthony, the cute guy she had had a crush on in high
school. She'd heard he was still single. But Anthony didn't show up.

Just as Frieda made up her mind not to go to this year's reunion, her phone rang. It was Anthony!

"I'm going to the reunion," he told her. "Are you planning on going too?"

"Of course!" Frieda told him. "I love reunions!"
