Responsabilities:
 Provide administrative support for
HR and Payroll Departments
 Assist in the onboarding process of
new employees
 Prepare the file for the new
employee; verify documentation for
purposes of benefits and
compensation and entering in
necessary entities.
 Organize, compile, update company
personnel records and
documentation.
 Prepare, manage and store
paperwork for HR policies and
procedures
 Assist with the drafting of labor
contracts
 Assisting recruiting team with
admin tasks as needed
 Create reports for senior
management

Qualifications/Skills needed:
 Strong administration skills.
