use when writing your own informative essay.

2. Both are good sources of information because people who want to get information to write
their information essay can easily access them.

3. It is because experts have verified it and many people have justified that you can get a lot of
reliable information from the internet. In addition, you can get a load of information from
different places conveniently just in the internet.

When stress starts interfering with your ability to live a normal life for an extended period, it
becomes even more dangerous. The longer the stress lasts, the worse it is for both your mind and
body. You might feel fatigued, unable to concentrate or irritable for no good reason, for example.
But chronic stress causes wear and tear on your body, too.

Behavioral effects: 46% reported that they ate too much or ate unhealthily due to stress. 29%
reported that they started drinking or increased their drinking, and 16% reported that they started
smoking or increased their smoking.

Psychological effects: 51% of adults who felt stressed reported feeling depressed, and 61%
reported feeling anxious. Of the people who said, they had felt stress at some point in their lives,
16% had self-harmed, and 32% said they had had suicidal thoughts and feelings. 37% of adults
who reported feeling stressed reported feeling lonely as a result.
