This Employment Agreement is being made between Rachelle Garcia (“Employee”) and Ethan and Joy

Express (“Employer”) located at San Nicolas 3 Bacoor Cavite on October 19 2020. Rachelle Garcia and
Ethan and Joy Express may also be referred to as “Party” or together as the “Parties”.

IN CONSIDERATION OF the Employee providing services desired by the Employer, and the Employer
paying the Employee for performing the services, the Parties agree to the following:

1.  Start Date and Location


On October 19 2020 (“Commencement Date”), the Employee will begin working for the Employer on a
full time basis (8 hours per day plus one hour lunch time) with contract of one year. Shift schedule will
start at 8am to 5pm.

2. Salary

As monthly compensation for all the services provided by the employee, Ethan and Joy Express
(“Employer”) must pay 15,000 pesos every 30th day of the month. This payment shall be subject to such
normal statutory deduction by the employer as stated by law.

3. Benefits and Commission

A. Vacation leave – The employee can have up to 10 days of vacation leave which cannot be converted to
cash at the end of the contract if unused.

B. Sick Leave – The employee may have up to 9 days of sick leave which can be converted to cash at the
end of the contract if unused.

C. Public holidays – You will be entitled to the Philippine Holidays of 19 years per year.

4. Selling policies

A. Employee has to strictly follow the guidelines that will be given along with this contract.

B. Employee does not have to support customer inquiry via call. Only chat from customers
must be answered within 10 minutes.

5. Pricing

Prices indicated on the website have to be consistent with the answers of the employee to
every inquiry of the customers.
