Lorama Polysaccharide Resins

LPR76™ is a uniquely processed film forming polysaccharide resin. It is a coactive resin,
which will emulsify and stabilize water in solvent-based alkyd enamels, stains, and primers.
LPR76™ is Lorama’s most versatile polysaccharide resin and has been used in a number of
patented and innovative products.

TYPICAL PROPERTIES with LPR76™ has smaller average
Brookfield Viscosity ¹ 1250 cps ± 400 cps size water micelles, and more
Solids (by weight)² 44.0% ± 3.0% homogenous micelle distribution
pH (neat) 5.8 – 9.5 and therefore greater stability,
and better film properties.
Specific Gravity 1.19 ± 0.05

² Solids testing specifications includes 15 minutes at 140ºC ± 3ºC.
