particular key challenges that should be companies focus on and try to overcome the challenges

1. Cost Equipment:

The important and main challenge is cost. In this COVID-19 pandemic, situation companies
are not doing good businesses because they don't have many projects to finish. Big
companies like Cognizant have the revenue to upgrade the technology system. The
organization successfully integrates with management information systems to fulfill their
needs and develop new decision-making systems for the company. The development of this
application requires a huge investment to build new technology. The investment for a good
network and application helps the organization on a long-term basis.

2. Workforce Training:

As pre baker, (2018), the development of new technology is helpful for the organization. But
the workforce should be knowledgeable about this innovative new decision-making
technology. The training of each employee should be needed for better performance.
Employees should know the management information system and the integration of decision-
making systems on the same platform. Quality of training requires lots of time to be
proficient in working with a new information system.

3. Loss of employment:

In this new technology world where every day new applications are developed. For doing
the best business in this corporate industry companies need proficient employees who are
