The documents required for the processing of a visa application are:

(i) Duly filled-in and signed Visa Application Form which can be downloaded from the website
http://passport.govmu.org;

(ii) Passport (valid five months beyond the intended period of stay);

(iii) Two passport-size photographs (coloured with light background);

(iv) Copy of National Identity Card;

(v) Confirmed returned tickets (with e-ticket number);

(vi) Confirmed hotel reservation or sponsorship letter duly signed by Mauritian sponsors in
original and to be sent by DHL along with most recent Utility bill- Water/Electricity- maximum one
month old + copy of identity card duly attested by local police station in Mauritius/or the Protocol
Section of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 8th Floor, Newton Tower, Port Louis;

(vii) Recent Bank statement for the last six months along (with account maintenance letter ) or
letter from the respective Chamber of Commerce and Industry; and,

(viii) A demand Draft for PKR,1050 payable in Islamabad, drawn in the name of Mauritius High
Commission, Islamabad.
