Aircraft Purchase Order – Additional Details
Payment Terms
 Refundable deposit of $ 50.000 USD will have to be wired to LIS upon execution of this proposal to
hold the Aircraft for a period of fourteen (14) days while the Aircraft Sales Agreement is
being finalized. Upon finalization and execution of the Aircraft Sales Agreement, this deposit will be
applied to the Initial Deposit and will no longer be refundable.
 Non-refundable Initial Deposit of $ 200,000 USD payable upon the execution of the Aircraft
Sales Agreement.
 Balance of the Final Purchase Price due on or prior to the Acceptance Date.
 Payments shall be made in U.S. dollars by wire transfer of immediately available funds. LIS`s wiring
instructions are as follows:

Certification
The Aircraft will be delivered with an Export Certificate of Airworthiness for the final destination.

Training
The Aircraft Purchase Price includes EASA Class Rating for 1 pilot (performed at RAS Flight Training in
Mönchengladbach with customer´s aircraft).

Proposal Validity
This proposal is valid until February 29th, 2020.
Specifications are subject to verification by purchaser. Aircraft is subject to prior sale or withdrawal from
market without notice.
