Because of the serve drought which has continued this year, water rationing
will go into effect on Monday. Lawns can not be watered with automatic
sprinklers; driveway, porches and decks can not be hosed down. You may water by
hand, but not only on even-numbered days. Cars can be washed on Wednesday
only. The city has hired a new drought patrol crew, which will be looking for
offenders. If you are caught, there will be a $50 fine for the first offence and a
100$ fine for the second offence. We realize that this is strict, but the drought has
affected us dramatically. We ask your co-operation in conserving water.
 Besides the drought rules, we ask that uou be prudent in your house-hold

When you wear something, you often say " Look at me!" Your
clothing communicates to the world that you want the world think of you.
For example when you go to a party, you might choose clothes that makes
you look exciting.
In different civilizations at different time, different kinds of clothes have
