Mechanics and Criteria for the following activities for the Foundation Day Celebration

SPOKEN POETRY
1. There is only one participant from each grade level. The medium to be used is Filipino.
2. The total presentation is between two – three minutes only.
3. The theme shall be: Ano ang magagandang “learning experiences” mo noon na hindi mo
nagagawa ngayon dahil sa pandemic?
4. The participant has to wear the official uniform of the school.
Criteria:
Relevance to the theme - 30%
Delivery (pronunciation, diction, enunciation) - 30%
Deportment (mastery, facial expression, gestures) - 30%
Sound and video quality - 10%
Total - 100%

P-POP SINGING CONTEST

1. There shall be one participant only from each grade level.
2. The participant may opt to choose any Filipino or Tagalog pop music. English and Kinaray-a
music are not allowed.
3. Participants must wear any appropriate attire.
Criteria:
Over-all Performance/Presentation - 30%
Voice quality, range and technicality - 40%
Contest Piece - 10%
Sound and video quality - 20%
Total - 100%

PHOTOCONTEST
1. There shall be two categories wherein each grade level must have their own entries.
Category A is exclusive for the Special Program in Journalism class from Grades 7 to 10 only
with two (2) entries/representatives per grade level. Category B is for the regular class from
Grade 7 to 12 with two entries/representatives per grade level.
2. All entries must have been taken using a mobile phone only. Enhancement of the pictures
through the aid of other photo applications and alike is NOT ALLOWED.
3. Special award for photo liking contest will be given but not to be considered as part of the
contest criteria.
4. The theme is about: MY WORLD IN THE NEW NORMAL for Category A; while LEARNING IN
THE NEW NORMAL for Category B.
5. The entry must have a creative 3-SENTENCE caption answering the WHAT, WHY, WHEN,
WHO, HOW.
Criteria:
Relevance to the theme - 30%
Creativity and Over-all Impact - 50%
Quality/Technicalities - 20%
Total - 100%

TIKTOK
1. There shall be three (3) participants from each grade level to form a group.
2. The group may present any tiktok “dance” number (usually a minute or a half in duration).
3. Participants must wear appropriate attire and opt to have their own choreography.
Criteria:
Performance - 30%
Choreography - 30%
Mastery - 30%
Sound and video quality - 10%
Total - 100%
NOTE:
1. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE TURNED OVER TO THE GRADE CHAIRMAN THROUGH A USB DRIVE AND
PROPERLY LABELED. These entries will be given to the technical team during the day of the
viewing and judging.
