    Functional Requirements

    The main function of a reservation system is to provide a system that will allow

    passengers to book tickets for their desired travel date through the internet. Package

    delivery system will be used to accommodate people who wants to send packages. The

    systems will function properly if the bus company will monitor it daily so no errors will

    occur.

    B. Non-Functional Requirements

     Flexibility

    The system can handle the surge of people in booking tickets for their

    travel as long as there are available tickets.

     Availability

    The system is open for 24 hours to allow people to book their tickets and

    to send packages.
